Shipping policy

FruitPicks ships whole young green drinking coconut cases to addresses in the contiguous United States.

Order handling
Orders are reviewed, packed, and prepared through our South Florida fulfillment process. Fresh-produce orders are normally tendered to UPS on Monday and Tuesday; Sunday is reserved for preparation, quality checks, packing, and label work. Orders placed after a weekly production cutoff may move to the next available fulfillment cycle.

Delivery
UPS Fresh Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. The initial checkout estimate is 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery timing is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, holidays, weather, address issues, or other events outside FruitPicks’ control.

Fresh-produce handling
Bring the package inside promptly, inspect it on arrival, and follow the storage guidance included with the order. Contact FruitPicks at Fruitpicksco@gmail.com promptly if an order appears damaged in transit or materially incorrect.
