Perishable-product policy

FruitPicks whole young green coconuts are perishable. All sales are final and we do not accept returns. Please do not send products back unless FruitPicks has provided written instructions.

If an order arrives damaged, materially incorrect, or compromised in transit, contact FruitPicks promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution. A review does not promise a particular replacement, refund, credit, or other outcome.

Before shipment, contact us promptly if you need to request a cancellation or address correction. We cannot guarantee changes once packing or label preparation has begun.
